When travelling from the north
Use A1 and come off at junction 47 onto the A59 York Road.

When travelliing from the south
Use the M1 or the A1.
The M1 now has a road that circles Leeds and joins the A1 south of York.
Come off the A1M at junction 45 onto the A64 York-Leeds road.

When travelling from the West.
Coming from Manchester use the M62 and look for the M1-A1 North come off at A1M at junction 45 which is the A64 Leeds-York road.

When travelling from the East.
When travelling from the North Sea Ferries and Hull come in on the A1079 at the large Grimston Road roundabout.
